JV Tracker is a private, single-operator tool used by Joey Viola to publish his own video content to his own social media accounts. It is not offered to, licensed to, or usable by anyone else, and no account can be created on it.
Use of this application is limited to its sole operator. The operator is responsible for the content he publishes through it and for complying with the terms of each platform he publishes to, including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
All content published through this application is created by the operator. The application does not generate content, does not republish third-party content, and does not post anything without the operator first setting an explicit status flag for that specific video.
The application is provided as-is for the operator’s own use, with no warranty of any kind. It is not a commercial product and no service level is offered.
Access to TikTok is provided under TikTok’s developer terms and may be changed or withdrawn by TikTok at any time. The operator may revoke the application’s access at any time from TikTok’s app-permissions settings.
